Shipping
We ship orders to most addresses in the continental United States. We do not ship to a P.O. Box. We only ship to the same address as the billing address on the credit card. All orders are subject to credit and address verification. ALL orders must match the credit card's billing address (we do not drop ship). If overnight shipping is selected, the order must be placed on a business day before 11 am and if the item is in stock, it should be delivered on the next business day. Please call 843-797-8543 to confirm the availability of an item that is to be shipped Second Day or Overnight.
You will be notified by e-mail if the merchandise you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment. Please allow 5 business days for order processing. Special order and out of stock items may take longer.
Return Policy
You can return any merchandise you purchase from pollysjewelry.tagheuereshop.com at your local Polly's Jewelry store with your receipt/packing slip, within 30 days for exchange, store credit or refund. Please remember that shipping charges are not refundable. To receive a refund, the watch must be in new condition. The unworn watch must be in its original box, with all instructions and warranty cards.
If you choose to ship your order back to us rather than taking it to your local Polly's Jewelry store, you are responsible for any shipping and handling charges you might incur. Please have the return package postmarked within the 30 day period based on the date we shipped the order to you. To receive a refund, the watch must be in new condition. The unworn watch must be in its original box, with all instructions and warranty cards. We suggest that you ship your order -insured, via USPS Express Mail, Federal Express or UPS to make tracking your return easier.
Please follow these steps for your return:
1. Securely package the item with all original boxes, instructions and warranty cards.
2. Enclose your name, contact information- including phone number and e-mail address, order number and reason for return.
3. Insure the package, obtain a tracking number, and ship your merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express Mail to:
